You will need to complete, copy on your company's headed paper, sign and forward that application back to us (fax or scanned copy by e-mail).

We will then process it and reconfirm your online activation with your unique user name and password, instructions on how to use our online reservation system as well as way of operation, terms and conditions of our cooperation.
